Terms and Conditions
Log in to the Reuse website to add or reserve items for re-use.
The following terms and conditions are to be noted in addition to the University of Leeds terms
and conditions and have been developed specifically for users of the reuse@leeds website.
The reuse@leeds website and all associated databases are the property
of the Facilities Directorate at the University of Leeds. Unless otherwise stated, no material may
be altered or copied without written consent.
Reuse@Leeds is an internal service for the University of Leeds and serves
to allow for the internal transfer for furniture, stationery, equipment and laboratory equipment. The
online service is free to use, however any incurred costs for removal of items must be arranged between
the two parties.
The Reuse@Leeds website is for internal University use and as such, no items
from campus can be removed from campus under any circumstances. If items owned by the University are found
to have been removed from campus, the user account will be suspended pending a full investigation. The
only exception to this is if items are advertised for free reuse by external companies when they will take
responsibility for the items listed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Any user with a University of Leeds email address can register
with the site with the exception of laboratory equipment. Users wishing to reuse laboratory equipment
must first be approved. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
